Jessica is a solicitor in the litigation & dispute resolution team. She joined the Swindon office in August 2025, having qualified as a solicitor in January 2025 after successfully passing the Solicitors Qualifying Examination.
Jessica completed her undergraduate degree in Law with the Open University achieving a First-Class Honours and then went on to complete her Masters in Law with the University of Law.
Jessica focuses on general civil and commercial litigation work, with an emphasis on landlord and tenant disputes, relationship breakdowns between unmarried couples, consumer and commercial breach of contract disputes, debt recovery claims, and property disputes. Jessica is also able to provide advocacy at preliminary County Court hearings, such as possession hearings and applications to set aside Judgment.
Jessica appreciates that disputes of any kind can be extremely taxing, and aims to help clients make informed decisions about their cases so that they can achieve the best possible outcome for their circumstances. This means considering costs with clients and the possibility of settlement at an early stage. Jessica always ensures that she provides pragmatic and candid advice, whilst maintaining a client-focused and compassionate approach.

- Represented landlords to successfully regain possession of their residential properties and provided advocacy at the possession hearings.
- Acted for a client in relation to disputed service charges against a management company.
- Acted for a client to defend fast-track proceedings against a contractor for defective home improvement work.
- Acted for clients to successfully set aside County Court Judgments obtained against them.
- Acted for clients in negotiations to split the sale proceeds of jointly owned property following their cohabiting relationship breakdown.
Personal interests
Outside of work, Jessica loves to cook and host dinner parties for friends and family, as well as being a devoted cat mum.
